REGISTRATION/MEMBERSHIP

 AASRT, Inc. is not merely advocating for Reparations, it will also be disbursing them to eligible registrants who meet the strict eligibility requirements below after funds sufficient to give them are raised. The current per capita projected amount given will be approximately $327,000.

 

AASRT Reparations Registrants will have to undergo financial literacy training prior to receiving their Reparations disbursement. 

 

In order to determine identity, eligibility for Reparations, and a point of contact, Reparations Registrants must provide the following information. This information will not be sold or shared with any third parties. 

Terms and Conditions

  • I agree that the information provided on this website and to AASRT, Inc. is, to the best of my knowledge, factual and accurate. If I am currently 18 years of age or older, I further agree to provide, upon request, for the purposes of verifying the validity of the Reparation recipient, the following documentation to AASRT, Inc.:

    • A valid driver’s license or state ID card (both front and back).

    • A copy of birth certificate indicating that I was born in the United States or its territories, or that I am an acquired, derived, or naturalized citizen and attained that status on or before December 31st, 2009. (Go here for definitions of different types of American citizenship.)

    • American citizenship and or naturalization papers, if applicable, indicating that the General Registrant attained citizenship status on or before December 31st, 2009.

    • I agree, at the appropriate time, to participate in a live video interview with their valid driver’s license or state ID card, certified birth certificate, and any pertinent citizenship or naturalization papers in their possession and present during the interview.

    • I understand that I can be registered at any age, but that no Reparations payments will be made to me unless and until I have reached 18 years of age or older.

  • In all cases, I or my parent or guardian attests that the birth certificate indicates that I am the child of an individual who has designated themselves as “black“, “Negro,“ “African-American”, or “colored.” If the parent qualifying me as “black“, “Negro,“ or “African-American“ or “colored” designates themselves as “mixed race,“  I will provide further documentation showing that at least one of my mixed race parent’s birth parent is designated as “black,“ “Negro,“ or “African-American,“ or “colored.”

  • In all cases, at the age of majority, I consent to participate in a financial literacy course approved by AASRT, Inc. at the registrant’s expense prior to receiving a majority sum of my Reparations.

  • If I am a naturalized U.S. citizen, I qualify to become a member of the qualified registrant pool under the following conditions being met:

    • I have submitted a valid driver’s license or state ID card (both front and back), regardless of age.

    • I have submitted a copy of my birth certificate indicating that at least one of my parents is designated as “black,“ “Negro,“ or “African-American,“ or “colored.”

    • I became a United States Citizen on or before December 31st, 2009.

  • I do not possess dual citizenship with another nation, or if I do, I was born in the United States and so I am eligible for Reparations through AASRT, Inc.
